a bit of Mexican culture

Mexico has a variety of customs and cultural diferences, their history is still present with them. I recenlty made a trip to Chiapas where many mayan decendants live, and where the ruins of their former empire stood. they have kept their traditions and they celebrate their own holydays. The Mexican culture if amazing, from their history to their wway of living. Mexican society gives a great importance to the family. in most places, family occupies the second most important thing, just after religion.

a little bit of truth

Many people in the United Sates, think Mexicans are somhow a burden to society, wether it is because of the illegal imigrants, a personal problem, because they just follow the masses, or most simply racisim. Most of the people who say that Mexicans are such a bother, have probably never met one, they are too afraid because of rumors that surround the Latin culture in the United States, or just feel too superioir to lose their time with a Mexican. and that is wrong, judging a book by its cover, or avoiding it because your friends say its bad, without reading it yourself is something pretty dumb, in my opinion, so the next time you encounter a Mexican, instead of avoiding him, try to know him and his culture better.
